BOOKING.COM — what is this charge?
Platform / subscriptionThis is most likely a hotel/stay reservation on Booking.com (or a pre-authorization).
This is a reservation booked through Booking.com. It may be a real charge for a prepaid/non-refundable stay, or just a temporary pre-authorization (a hold to verify your card) that is released later. Some stays are charged by the property directly rather than by Booking.com.

How to confirm it
- Find the reservation in your Booking.com account or confirmation email and check whether it's free-cancellation or non-refundable
- A pre-authorization is only a validity hold and is unblocked after a while — its timing depends on the property and your card issuer
- If you cancelled a free-cancellation booking, Booking.com refunds immediately, but your bank's processing time varies
- For a refund not received after ~15 business days, check with your bank first, then contact Booking.com customer service with your booking reference
