How to confirm it
- Check your eShop / account purchase history at accounts.nintendo.com to match the charge
- To stop future Switch Online charges, turn off automatic renewal at least 48 hours before it expires (in the eShop under Account Information, or on the Account website)
- Nintendo generally does not refund or credit the remaining time on a Switch Online membership; some regions have a statutory 14-day cancellation right
- For accidental game/DLC purchases, use Nintendo's refund request page (eligibility is limited)
