How to confirm it
- Sign in at twitch.tv and open the Subscriptions page to see your active channel subs
- Select the gear/settings next to a subscription and choose 'Don't Renew Subscription' — do this at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Twitch generally does NOT refund recurring subs, Bits, or gift subs except for fraud, a technical fault, or where the law requires it
- For an iOS purchase, refunds are handled by Apple, not Twitch
