What's This Charge?

DROPBOX — what is this charge?

Platform / subscription
This is most likely a Dropbox Plus / Professional storage subscription.
This is a Dropbox paid plan (Plus, Family, Professional, or Essentials), billed monthly or annually. A common cause is a free trial that auto-converted to paid. If you bought it in a mobile app, billing is handled by that app store, not Dropbox.

How to confirm it

  1. Sign in at dropbox.com, click your avatar (bottom-left) > Manage account, then Cancel plan at the bottom
  2. If you don't see Cancel plan, you bought it in a mobile app — cancel it in that app store instead
  3. EU / UK / Turkey users can get a refund if they cancel within 14 days of purchase (contact support); most other regions are non-refundable
