What's This Charge?

ICLOUD — what is this charge?

Platform / subscription
This is most likely your iCloud+ storage subscription (billed by Apple).
This is an iCloud+ paid storage plan, billed by Apple — so on your statement it usually appears as APPLE.COM/BILL, not 'iCloud'. It renews monthly. A very common cause is running out of the free 5GB, after which Apple auto-upgrades you to a paid tier.

How to confirm it

  1. iPhone/iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Account Storage to change or cancel the plan

  3. Changes take effect after the current billing period ends
  4. If you no longer have an Apple device, you can cancel/refund from Apple's 'cancel without an Apple device' page
