How to confirm it
- Open the team in the file browser sidebar, click Admin > Settings, and check the Plan section
- To cancel: in the Plan section, click Cancel plan and choose a reason — at the end of the billing period the team drops to the free Starter plan
- Figma payments are non-refundable per their terms; if there's a genuine problem, contact them via the in-app help widget or support@figma.com
- Seats added before the downgrade are prorated on your final invoice
