How to confirm it

  1. Sign in and go to your profile picture > Settings > Billing and licensing to see the plan and usage
  2. To cancel Copilot: Billing & licensing > Licensing > GitHub Copilot > Manage subscription > Cancel subscription
  3. To drop a paid account plan: Billing and licensing > Additional billing details > under Current plan, Edit > Downgrade to Free
  4. Marketplace apps are cancelled separately under Additional billing details > GitHub Marketplace
