How to cancel Figma (and get a refund)
Figma is billed per editor seat and only a team/organization admin can cancel it — from the team's Admin settings.

- Open the team in the file-browser sidebar, click 'Admin' > 'Settings'
- In the Plan section, click 'Cancel plan' and pick a reason
- At the end of the billing period the team drops to the free Starter plan
Can you get a refund?
Figma states subscription payments are generally non-refundable; seats added before a downgrade are prorated on the final invoice. For a genuine problem, contact support@figma.com or the in-app help widget.
Easy-to-miss gotchas
- Only an admin can cancel — if you can't see the Plan section, you're not an admin
- Adding seats mid-cycle is why the amount can change month to month
