How to cancel Notion (and get a refund)
Only the workspace owner can cancel a Notion plan — it's in workspace Settings > Billing.

- Sign in at notion.so and open Settings & members (or Settings) > Billing
- Change the plan or turn off the subscription / downgrade to Free
- The workspace stays on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period
Can you get a refund?
Notion is billed per member and cancellations take effect at the end of the cycle; refund handling is at Notion's discretion — check their plans/billing help or contact support.
Easy-to-miss gotchas
- If you're not the workspace owner, you won't see billing — ask the owner
- Removing members mid-cycle may credit your account rather than refund it
