How to cancel Canva (and get a refund)

- Sign in at canva.com > Account settings (gear) > Billing & plans
- Select 'Cancel subscription' next to your plan and confirm
- You keep Pro features until the end of the paid period, then drop to Canva Free
⚠️ The app-store trap
If you subscribed to Canva through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it in that store's subscriptions, not on Canva's site.
Can you get a refund?
Canva may refund a Pro subscription in limited cases (e.g. a recent accidental renewal) — request it through their cancel/refund help; it isn't guaranteed.
Easy-to-miss gotchas
- A free trial converts to a paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends
- For a Teams plan, only the team owner/admin can cancel the whole subscription
