How to cancel Disney+ (Disney Plus) (and get a refund)

Where the cancel button actually is

  1. Go to disneyplus.com and open Account > Subscription
  2. Select your Disney+ subscription, then choose 'Cancel Subscription'
  3. Complete the cancellation flow — you keep access until the end of the paid period

⚠️ The app-store trap

If you don't see a cancel option, you subscribed via a bundle, a mobile/TV provider, or an app store (Apple/Google/Amazon/Roku) — you must cancel with whoever bills you. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

Can you get a refund?

Disney+ subscriptions are generally non-refundable, and annual plans bill a full year up front — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Check Disney+ help for your region's terms.
