Where the cancel button actually is

  1. Sign in to your Epic account and open 'Subscriptions'
  2. Select Fortnite Crew (or the recurring item) and choose 'Cancel'
  3. Check 'Transactions' to match any one-off V-Bucks or Store purchase

Can you get a refund?

Epic Games Store purchases can often be self-refunded within the eligibility window (about 14 days and under 2 hours of playtime) via the launcher: account menu > Settings > Support > Contact Us. Subscriptions are usually non-refundable unless the law requires it.

Easy-to-miss gotchas

  • A child buying V-Bucks or Crew on a saved card is a very common surprise charge
  • Fortnite Crew renews monthly — cancelling stops the next charge
