- Sign in to your PlayStation account (on the console or at playstation.com)
- Open your subscription settings and turn OFF 'Auto-renewal' for PlayStation Plus
- Check your PlayStation Store transaction / download history to match any one-off game/DLC charge
Can you get a refund?
You can cancel a subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction (the refund may be reduced pro-rata for use) per the official cancellation policy. For a refund, contact PlayStation Support.
