How to cancel Grammarly (and get a refund)
Cancel Grammarly Premium from your Subscription page — the Cancel button sits at the very bottom of that page.

- Sign in at grammarly.com and open the Subscription page (account menu)
- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Cancel Subscription', then confirm
- Cancelling stops the auto-renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the current period
⚠️ The app-store trap
If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, cancel it in iPhone Settings > Subscriptions instead — not on Grammarly's site.
Can you get a refund?
Grammarly issues refunds only where required by law (per their Terms), so the safest move is to cancel before the renewal date. Annual and quarterly plans charge a larger amount up front, which surprises people expecting a monthly price.
Easy-to-miss gotchas
- Annual/quarterly plans bill up front — that big charge is usually the renewal
- The cancel button is at the bottom of the Subscription page, easy to miss
