How to cancel LinkedIn Premium (and get a refund)

Cancel LinkedIn Premium from your subscription settings on desktop — and if you subscribed on iOS, you must cancel on desktop, not in the app.

Where the cancel button actually is

  1. Sign in at linkedin.com, click your photo (Me) > Settings & Privacy, or open your Premium subscription settings
  2. Find your Premium plan and choose the 'Cancel subscription' option that matches how you bought it
  3. Premium stays active until the end of the current billing cycle

⚠️ The app-store trap

If you bought Premium through Apple (in-app), cancel it in iPhone Settings > Subscriptions. If you bought via iOS mobile web, LinkedIn requires you to cancel on desktop — not in the iOS app.

Can you get a refund?

A refund may be available within 7 days of the charge if you didn't use Premium; EU users have a 14-day full-refund right. A common surprise here is a free trial that auto-converted. Check the official refund policy.

Easy-to-miss gotchas

  • Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite are separate products cancelled the same general way
  • Annual Premium bills a full year up front
