How to cancel Zoom (and get a refund)
Cancel a paid Zoom plan from Account Management > Billing — only the account owner or a billing admin can do it.

- Sign in at zoom.us and open Account Management > Billing > Current Plans
- Click 'Cancel Plan' / 'Cancel Subscription' next to the plan and confirm
- Paid features stay until the end of the billing cycle, then the account drops to free Basic
Can you get a refund?
Zoom subscriptions generally run to the end of the paid term rather than being refunded; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Annual plans renew once a year for a larger amount.
Easy-to-miss gotchas
- If you're not the owner/admin, you can't cancel — ask whoever owns the Zoom account
- Annual plans charge a full year up front — that's usually the renewal
